WELCOME TO CITRAL POINTS REWARDS PROGRAM

Your CITRAL points are the foundation of your rewards program. There are two ways of accumulating and earning points, by an Action or by Rewards.

Actions are how you earn points (e.g. making a purchase on-line or in store, sharing your experiences through social platforms like Facebook or Instagram, or celebrating your birthday). Rewards are when you redeem points for and traditionally take the form of dollar or percent off discounts, free products or free shipping.

In order to manage or redeem your points you need to sign in or join the rewards page on the bottom left corner of our online store.
